This is an information notice pursuant to art. 13 of the GDPR. The data controller, pursuant to art. 4, paragraph 7, of the GDPR, is "Viride S.p.A.", P.I. 09672320968, based in Milan (MI), Corso Monforte, 15 (the "Holder"). The treatment will be carried out both with manual and IT and telematic tools in compliance with the rules in force and the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, relevance, completeness, minimization, accuracy and with organizational and processing logics strictly related to the purposes pursued and in any case in in order to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data processed, in compliance with the organizational measures provided for by the provisions in force. 1. Types of data processed and purpose of processing. a. Data to allow correct navigation. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI / URL (Uniform Resource Identifier / Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment. The navigation data do not persist for more than seven days and are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except for any need to ascertain crimes by the judicial authorities); b. Personal and possibly particular data (if the candidate enters them voluntarily) and exclusively linked to belonging to protected categories if it is relevant for the purposes of the application, will be processed for the exclusive purposes of recruiting personnel including the formalization of the application, for the purpose of a possible selection and establishment of a professional collaboration relationship. The data to be processed are: name, surname, address, e-mail and telephone contacts for the registration phase and, in addition: educational and professional path, skills related to work, training courses supported and possibly membership protected category only if necessary for the purpose of the application. Failure to provide the requested data could make it impossible for the Data Controller to follow up on the data subject's requests. The legal basis applicable for all the purposes indicated can be identified in the processing necessary for the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same (GDPR - art.6, lett.b ), or for legitimate interests (GDPR - art.6, letter f) or again, consent for any particular data provided (GDPR - art.9, letter a). 2. Any recipients or categories of recipients of the data. The data provided will be processed exclusively by the Data Controller or by persons authorized to process and appropriately trained, under the control of the Data Controller, as well as through any data processors by virtue of an appropriate appointment by the Data Controller, pursuant to art. 28 of the GDPR. The data will be processed both in the territory of the European Union and in countries outside the European Union. In the latter case, through the stipulation of standard contractual clauses promoted by the EU commission and in any case by persons appointed as responsible for the processing of personal data. The updated list with the identification details of all data processors may be requested by you at any time from the Data Controller. The data may also be disclosed to third parties (Public Bodies, Police Forces, Judicial Authorities, etc.), exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling legal or regulatory obligations or community legislation. 3.
